Daily facial skin care
Step 1: Cleaning / rinsing.
By cleaning / washing the skin, we remove sweat, grease, dirt, and other contaminants that accumulate naturally on the skin throughout the day. To keep the skin pores clean and the face fresh, it is essential to wash the skin not only in the evening but also in the morning.
Tip:
If you use micellar water to clean your skin, ensure it leaves no residue behind. Micellar water should always be rinsed with water to prevent skin irritation and pore clogging.
Step 2: Toning.
Most cosmetologists agree that toning is an essential adjunct to skin care that has a positive effect on the skin. The tonic removes the remnants of dirt left after cleaning the skin with a cleanser, helps prepare the skin for better absorption of creams, restores the skin's pH, and has an antiseptic effect.
Tip:
Apply the tonic immediately after cleansing the skin while it is still moist. Choose toners that do not contain alcohol so as not to dry out, damage, or irritate the skin.
Step 3: Scrub / Peel
Exfoliation removes dead skin cells that have accumulated in the pores of the skin. The skin becomes fresher, brighter, and more receptive to cosmetics. Exfoliation stimulates the lymphatic system, removes toxins, and improves blood circulation.
Tip:
It is best to exfoliate the skin in the evening, after cleansing and toning, once or twice a week, depending on the skin type and condition. For example, if your skin is dry, scrub it no more than once a week to avoid damaging the skin's protective film. For dry, sensitive skin, it is recommended to choose enzymatic or AHA acid scrubs. For oily, combination skin, look for a scrub that contains salicylic acid.
Step 4: Moisturise the skin
Moisturising gives the skin a protective layer that retains moisture and maintains skin hydration. Remember that skin hydration is essential at all times of the year. After applying the moisturiser, allow it to soak in.
Advice:
Drink enough water. Look for a moisturiser with an SPF of at least 15 for the day. Choose a moisturiser that suits your skin type. People with oily skin should opt for lighter creams, while those with drier skin should select heavier textures.
Step 5: Sun protection
The sun is the most harmful factor for the skin and the leading cause of skin cancer. This is why it is essential to use a moisturiser that contains SPF or apply extra sunscreen after the moisturiser.
Tip:
Choose a cream with at least 15 SPF for the day. If it is not possible to reapply the sunscreen every few hours, use loose powder with SPF throughout the day. Prefer mineral filters because they do not cause allergies, do not penetrate the epidermis, and are photostable. Remember that sun protection is essential at all times of the year.
Let's be healthy and beautiful!

Wonderful environment, modern salon. The Beauty therapist is helpful and professional. First of all, she made a detailed diagnosis of my facial condition. She recommended an individual treatment plan, because my skin had lost its elasticity, and the oval had lost its shape. I highly recommend Laima. The result of the procedure was already visible after the first treatment. I'm delighted.
